

We started with a simple customized wordmark logo that exudes a bold, slightly industrial feel, communicating their young energetic culture and their focus on providing relationship driven service to their customers.

A bold yet simple color profile brings a level of warmth and vibrance, not expected among a lot of the larger more corporate companies within the space.

Both Tom and Nick appreciated the appeal of modern / industrial architecture and had an office space that incorporated beautiful touches such as exposed brick. We created a circular stamp/badge version of their logo to complement this aesthetic.

The website design needed to quickly convey to their customers the services that BLVD offered and give prominence to their property listings. The BLVD team also needed to be able to update the website themselves and add new real estate listings as they became available. We built a completely custom website, utilizing Webflow, that provided them with this functionality in a super easy to use platform.


To round out the project, we provided them with a simple brand style guide that provided them with the necessary information to continue applying their brand and maintain a consistent brand image.
